Finding a balance doesn't make you neutral. It just means you like the same amount of people you dislike. Liking or disliking someone would mean you aren't neutral. To be truly neutral, you can't have any strong feelings.

Wouldn't you only be truly neutral if you didn't have strong feelings either way about anything?
