Forever Evil: A.R.G.U.S. is a good series and I have been quite impressed with it. I personally think it should get a full blown series to explore the fascinating organization that is ARGUS. This could very well be an expansion of the Wonder Woman family if you make the main character Steve Trevor who battles Diana's non-myth characters.
He should be the main character of the comic and field agent.
Make her the new head of ARGUS after the events of Forever Evil.
Make her Etta's assistant.
Perhaps transferred from the FBI and seeks to hunt down Cheetah after the events in Ostrander's one shot.
My version: Make her a bit like Black Manta but being the head of a criminal empire. When Diana worked with Steve, they fought her and she had her body ruined thus she swore revenge against Wonder Woman.
My version: Doctor Poison would be a scientist concerned with evolution and biology leading to periodic clashes with ARGUS as she makes monsters or other things that run loose. Perhaps even includes noteworthy gene-mods and wetware into her body.
My version: Doctor Poison turned a singer into a minion.
My version: Creation of Doctor Poison who made a creature with a gelatinous form who can possess host bodies and serves as her primary agent.
My version: Chang Tzu was a scientist who was captured by Darkseid's forces during the invasion of Earth. He was taken to a spire to be converted into a command node which was organic living bio-computers created from living beings to serve as C&C nodes for their forces. Tzu was transformed but Darkseid was defeated before he could be slaved to the Apokolips network. Now, he operates as a super-scientist villain offering his services to those that can afford him.
