- Zeref is not Immortal

- Win by Death

- Both sides have basic knowledge of potential one shot killers ie. Zeref or Langris. They don't have knowledge of their exact abilities, only that getting hit by them isn't a good idea.

- They start 100m apart

- Team work as they had in their series

Round 1

- Speed not equal

Round 2

- Speed equalized

Katakuri should be able to use his precog and speed blitz Laxus. Though he would have to watch out for Laxus' AOE.

Also does anybody arguing for Laxus have any scans showing his speed feats? All I know is that he should/maybe be as fast as lightning.

@debunkdude: Don't only nigh-omnipotent and omnipotent beings have access to platonic hax? If so then my original statement wasn't that far off.

To sum it up though, the argument of hax vs physicals depends on the verse and the established rules of that verse.

@ecoblitz: Why wouldn't something like Absolute Survivability be considered physicals? Isn't it just endless life force making the user practically impossible to kill? Also wouldn't something like limitless physical attributes be considered hax?
