one series graduated and went on to more big things while the other series reverted back to going to school in a fail attempt to recreate the old days.

This is my problem with UXM. Just because they brought all the mutants together and they live on an island does not mean the series graduated or improved. The original purpose of the X-men was to be peacekeepers and educators. I feel like WATXM is trying to go back to that. I personally do not see how they fail. Sure the art style isn't the greatest, but the storyline is fun and the characters are growing and changing. I feel like WATXM has a more interesting future ahead, where as UXM is kind of lost.

WATXM! I agree that they have more characters they can develop, but also they also go back to the roots of the X-men. It is a really cool school. And they are going with the balance that Xavier set of teaching and defending. Without Xavier as a focal point of the school, they are trying to pass on the dream of coexistance and mutant development with a new faculty. I do not like the division within Uncanny X-men of Extinction Team, X-Club, Gen. Hope Team, New Mutants, and all the other random mutants. They are all over the place. I personally think Wolverine is overhyped a lot, and I don't like the name "Wolverine and the X-men", but the overall cast is awesome. I love Kitty Pryde, Iceman, Beast, and Rogue. I don't care about characters like Namor, Danger, and Magik on Uncanny X-men. Plus the way they are developing the new characters like Oya and Kid Omega is a lot of fun. I wish Storm, Colossus, and Psylocke would actually move back to the school. I don't really care for the kid Hellfire Club but I don't really care about Sinister's return either in Uncanny X-men. Hopefully they will come up with a better villains for both soon.

I really like this roster! I think it is awesome that they are putting together a new team and spotlighting characters like Cecilia Reyes and Karma. I hope Reyes and Northstar become part of the Jean Grey teaching staff. I am glad they are going back to the original school dynamic. My only worry is that they keep a roster for a while. I don't want them to switch it around again in the next issue.

I actually would not mind the mole being Miss Martian. She is so sweet, that her status as a mole would make for a CRAZY twist. I love crazy. :D

I like Superboy. I want to see where his relationship with Superman goes. I feel like his status as a mole would make for some awesome scenes, but I hope he is good. I want him to last on this team. :D

@Primmaster64:  I hope if it is Superboy, it turns out to be programing thing. Like he is programed to attack them and that is not in complete control.  I would hate for him to go through his whole identity crisis with respect to Superman and it all turn out to be fake. I like Superboy as a character.

@danhimself: I don't really understand the Lian Harper idea. Would she be like Roy's sister or something? She can't possibly be his child. That would not make any sense.  Even the sister angel would be really confusing. I don't think she is actually related to Green and Red Arrow. I could her being a  reformed assassin that Green Arrow took under his wing. The only possibly relation I could see is her being Green Arrow's secret daughter or something. Green Arrow and Shado?

@sweatboy: The way her voice sounded made it seem like she was overwhelmed by her sisters. It was very lighthearted. I can't imagine if her entire species is gone, especially her family, she would reflect on her family in such a lighthearted nature. I am under the impression that martians are still alive.

I don't think the mole is Artemis. She definitely has a shady past that will cause tension/mistrust in the team, but I feel like the mole is someone else. Green Arrow and Batman seem to trust her, which would not  happen that quickly or easily. I also think it would be way too obvious to give us the mole this early. I kind of hope it is Red Arrow. I think he is a bad ass, but I kind of agree with sweatboy that Red Arrow might being manipulating everyone. He has been gone for a while and we don't really know what he has been up to...

At this point, we are so early into the show, that the mole could be anyone. This is a new world. Dick. Roy. Wally. Kaldur. Megan. Connor. Artemis. We don't really know any of their pasts or where they come from in Earth 16...

Did anyone notice that apparently the green martians are NOT the last two of their species in this universe. Miss Martian (if she is a real green martian) mentions how she has twelve sisters at home. I wonder how they are rewriting the martian story. Are Miss Martian and Martian Manhunter the last two green martians? If not, why did they come to earth?

This is how I think it would divide up:

Superman vs. Gladiator - Team A
Black Adam vs. Captain Marvel - Team B
Wonder Woman vs. Orion - Team A

Winner - Team A
I don't think Wonder Woman is as weak as people are putting her out to be. She is pretty bad ass. :]

@Hunter114: I believe so. I looked it up, but couldnt find a specific reference. Anybody else have a clue of the honorary status of League members and Avengers members on each others teams? Who were made honorary??

@FinalAvalanche: I feel like everyone knows or at least I assume that both Martian Manhunter and Miss Martian shape-shift from their martian form. I could totally be wrong. I interpreted the "true appearance" as a reference to the comic, in which she is actually a white martian. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. :D

"On another note, I thought it was stated that in the YJ universe that Miss Martian is the daughter of Martian Manhunter's evil brother Ma'alefa'ak AKA Malefic."

Where did we get this information from? And if this is true and she is a green martian, what is the "true appearance" she is hiding???
