I've used to the FF getting the short end of the stick so these changes & absence of characters doesn't bother me. The FF will be back and it will have it's small niche of fans. The movie certainly didn't help matters.

Best thing we can hope is the characters are given to someone like Jonathan Hickman who'll create magic...even if the disappearing tricks seem to be so good nobody is reading the book!
