I'm a guy. After the first two volumes of x-treme I felt the plot of that book was loose. Like, they didn't know what to do after the books of destiny arc. I already have the first three volumes of Astonishing that book and it really is that good.
Hey guys I've been away from comics awhile and began reading them again, I wanted to know which story lines are worth following. One I've been hearing about is the x-team with rouge as leader were good, I also heard good things about Messiah Complex that it shows cyclops in a good way which is fine by me since I am a cyclops fan. I just want to know your opinion so I wont waste my money on crappy stories.
hey guys whats up i'm new even though i registered months ago. I haven't had any time to check back with the website, So a big hello to all comicbook heads. I hope I get to know you guys
I'd like to see Xorn back in the X books again. His character was pretty good untill that whole fake magneto/xorn crap I liked the idea of an X-Man learning the ways of the world and adjusting to a not so friendly world. They really should bring him back
Yo G-Man you indeed are right how could i forget about the one person who reduced the mutant race down from millions to 198 with a few simple words, good pick man.
I ask this question because Marvel changes the power level of the x-men so much that i get confused at times, but yet Marvel makes them to be their most powerful team, but lets say they have a crossover with the Avengers, they make the X-men look like kids tring to be heroes, I feel that your strongest team should be the flagship of That comic universe. For example in DC everybody knows that The JLA is top dog then its JSA and so forth and so forth, why doesn't Marvel get that establihed within its own universe for fan boys like me.
I dont feel that they are offically X-Men until they are invited into the group. For example when the the first new mutants were at Xavier's they aren't consindered x-men until charles or the x-men gave them the ok, or with the generation x they have close ties to the group but it wasn't apart of the main team. They're are the teams that's in training to become part of the main team, you also look at some members of each team are with the x-men; Cannonball, Chamber, Jubilee former, Husk.
I think if the X-Men had all their members past & present they could take on anybody. Any line up you want against any line-up of any team who would win?
Cyclops is my favorite because of his optic blasts. The reason is because he's a guy that lost every thing at a young age went throught a mutation by his lonesome. Then he becomes leader of one of the greatest team/family and yet he still don't let his teammates close and yeah his personal life makes for great reads the guy can't get right.
