Etrigan wins, not only is he physically equal to Drax in physical power, but also he enjoys pain, and is a superb mystical magician, able to read minds, see future, cast spells and f*&^ with minds.

It's just that Etrigan enjoys physical confrontations instead of ending things quick.

@antareguhokko: since when is Manhunter not "strong enough" to overpower Magneto (normal human strong and Vision (not really Martian Manhunter power levels) ?

Martian Manhunter is Superman level strong, has gone toe to toe against the likes of Despero, Shazam, Superman, White Martians and Lobo.
