Legend of the Black Fairy Aeval and her brother Jasir were born in Spiritual Realm directly from the Tree of Life. They were created a time of peril; as the moorlands were being overrun by the neighboring Sha'ac nation which were composed of Ogres. The Ogres were invading fairy lands and enslaving the fairy populace, Aeval and her brother were created to halt the Ogre advancement; and bring stability back to the Moors.
Aeval was blessed with a mythical blade that burned of fire when an enemy was near. It was her blade along with the the sacred arts that force the Ogres from the Moors back into Sha'ac.
With the Orges on the run Aeval tried to convince her fellow fairies to push the fight into Sha'ac to deliver the final blow once and for all, but she was met by stiff opposition from the Tree of Life and her own brother Jasir. They argued that a fairy had never entered the nation of Sha'ac and lived to tell about it, Aeval believed she was the "Chosen One" and the designated protector of Mooreland, and that if anyone should wear that burden it should be her.
Jassir would begin to warn Aeval about her confidence turning to arrogance, and how her hatred towards the Orges would drive her down a dark path. Aeval believed while strong; Jassir was mentally inept and would never be able to use his abilities to the fullest extent because he mentally blocked himself from doing so.
Against her brother and the tree's wishes Aeval left with a group of loyalist to the land of Sha'ac, to finsh the battered Orges off for good. Upon her departure the Tree of Life blocked cast a spell that forbid Aeval to return to the Mooreland, and insist that Jassir forgot he ever had a sister.
Birth of the Black Fairy Long before the time of the Tree of Life, The Mooreland and the Nation of Sha'ac used to be one nation. The Fairies living in the Sha'ac nation were interested in the advanced use of the sacred arts such as: Bringing back the dead, forcing people to fall in love; and using magic to actually kill people. Because of it, the land of Sha'ac became cursed; to stop the curse from spreading into the Mooreland; the Faires constructed a magic barrier to prevent those forces from entering. Because the curse all of the people of Sha'ac were deformed into giant beastly Orges; that resent the Faires of Mooreland.
Not knowing this, the moment Aeval entered Sha'ac she was subjected to the curse, she then learned why Faires never returned from Sha'ac because they were turned into Orges. Despite being cursed Aeval's form didn't change, this is because of her having being birthed by the Tree of Life. Fullfilling her decree, the lone Fairy dismantled the Sha'ac nation; but the curse had over-taken her mind. She too begin to utilize the Sacred Arts for selfish purposes.
Aeval brought Orges back from the dead, seduced them into doing her bidding forcing them to kidnap children from neighboring kingdoms in order to find another that'd be immune to the curse. She was dubbed the "Black Fairy or Dark Fairy" in some provinces; but she ultimatly changed her name to "Sha" for the nation she'd conquered.
Initially, Sha treated the children as her own; but as her heart begin to blacken she begin to force them into mines to mine "Black Fairy Dust" and into her own personal army called "Changlings" Ultimatly the black fairy dust allows Sha to use her sword as a key, and allows her to travel the realms as she pleases; usually she'd kidnap children from other realms and use them to continue work in the mines.
Destroyer of Worlds. Having mounted an army big enough to withstand her brother's strength, Sha returned to the Moors as a conqueror. She enslaved her people stripping them of her children, burning whole chunks of the lands so that nothing could ever grow.
She watched in awe as her brother's mighty hammer destroyed many of her underling, but ultimatly he was no match for the power of the Dark Arts. Having stolen her brother's soul, she used it to corrupt the roots keeping the tree of life alive, and with it the curse from Sha'ac spread across the Mooreland leaving Sha as it's true ruler.

Powers (Chaos Spectrum) Maricela is the child of Catalina Liafador, she inherited her mother ability to manipulate Darkness, however she is able to do it at a superior rate. It is theorized that Maricela is composed of the best and worst of Catalina which is why she is said to have two very distinct power-sets depending on her mood. Chaos Spectrum is activated upon the feeling of Sadness, Hate, Angry or Mari being Vengeful; her powers within the Chaos Spectrum are:
Dark Matter Magic - Mari can cast spells in battle to aid her in any given situation. Her Dark Matter Spells are nightmarish in nature and usually drain her; because she is Novice with her abilities she knows very few Dark Matter Spells.
Darkness Attacks- Mari's go to is Darkness based attacks (Usually Orbs of energy) , in the Chaos Spectrum this is her primary means of defending herself however; if a person is hit by her Dark Orbs they can be paralyzed for a couple of seconds pending survival.
Telekenesis is a skill Mari knows fairly well, mostly because all her family members tend to use it. She is able to stop anything in it's place with her powers, levitate, craft TK shields, choke, grip and manuever with her TK. Mari is so powerful with Telekinesis she is able to create telekinetic pressure , which is an extension of her own power. With this she is able to push back or outright destroy any opposing force.
Psychic Augmented Attributes - Mari cannot control this ability however on the whim she will receive boosted speed, reflexes, stamina, Strength, durability, agility and healing. She has yet to increase them all at one given time. The only time she's every done this is to heal.
The Life Spectrum is Mari's other skill set manifested by feelings of Hope, Will and Compassion. The Life Spectrum represents the Good in Mari, she has abilities in this form that she cannot use in the Chaos Spectrum for example.
Resurrection- Mari can temporarily extend the life of someone who is about to pass or has just passed. It's a power she's never used but the "flames of rebirth" suggest she can extend the life of a person by 5 years.
Pyrokinesis- In the Life Spectrum Mari can manipulate fire and all it's aspects. This is her number one form of defense in this form.
Heart Theft One of Mari's signature techniques is the stealing of a person's heart. She is able to enchant her hand and literally rip someone's heart out, the person only dies when Mari decides to crush the heart. With the heart in hand she can control every action, to include speech. This technique has proved useful against foes who are immune to Black Fairy Dust
Telekenesis Telekinesis - Mari can manipulate objects with her mind, She can also use her TK ability to choke, push or pull objects. She can use her TK to as a homing skill.
Tactikenesis - Mari can envelop her body in TK energy which will prevent her from taking large amounts of damage.
Teleportation- Mari can teleport however she can only teleport short distances, otherwise, she'd have to leave the realm and reemerge elsewhere.
Other Abilities Mystical Sense - Mari is able to view and sense beings crossing into whatever realm she's in, the downside to this astral awareness is that it can cause migraines.
Ruler of "Void" The Void is a location that doesn't exist on any plane, and is impossible to find; but fairly easy to stumble into. "This is the place where that one sock goes too" The Void is actually a specific mindset triggered by thoughts or feelings of being lost or loneliness.
Victims will stumble into the void out of their own doing, and can only be retrieved by outside interference.
It is a world where erratic thoughts become reality, and victims literally create their own perils. It remains to be the biggest trap for children.
The Sacred Tome It is the Old Law and the most important of all Laws, which no one may do or say anything which will endanger any of the Craft, or bring them in contact with the law of the land, or the Law of the Church or any of our persecutors. 1. Neco Talis – When recited correctly, this spell will render a person under your authoritive control. Because of the taxing nature of this spell, it will wear off after two hours has elapsed.
2. Meta Neco Topolis – When recited, the subject animal must also be stated for the spell to work, this will transform a human being into an animal. This is a 24 hour spell, and will leave the human subject bare.
3. Aqua Ani Regales- This spell will suspend water, making it ready to walk.
4. Neco Salira – This spell will allow a lost soul to return to the living for one-hour.
5. Ani Tempest- This spell will freeze the world around Sky, leaving her, and anyone touching her unaffected.
6. Ani dobalis- This is a duplication spell, this will transform any matter into two symmetrical parts (When Duplicating PEOPLE the spell becomes Neco).
7. Neco Agles – This spell will age, any person, animal (With Meta) or item (With Ani). *If said, backwards, it will make the subject younger.
8. Neco Rosalas – This spell will place a person to sleep, it can also be used to place a person under deep hypnotism
