@godlyshinigami: this post doesn't make any sense. A lot of Magneto speeds were boosted especially his best feets were assisted. That doesn't mean that he's weak he does have a lot of Versatility with his powers and he knows how to use his powers well. But he's not more versatile than Storm.

For example when he was fighting Iron Man he had to go into space in order to fully tap into Power enough to fight Iron Man. We're a storm could just use the Earth's magnetic field while she's still on Earth and manipulate it but she wouldn't even need to do that.

In terms of power and threat. If the argument is that Storm fought and beat The Adversary, but she can't beat Dreamqueen where is the logic there?

One of the issues brought up was Storm's access to magic. Old Storm was Storm's potential. Current Storm has used magic as shown here on several occassions. And in the Scarlet Witch series where she tapped into it offensively. There is enough evidence to prove consistency. Of whether Storm can infact use magic, but the question should shift to would it be effective.

Jean recently beat Nightmare and overpowered him in a dream. Could Storm repeat this feat?

Does Astral training help counter fighting in dreams? Good question, I think it would be good to define what the Astral realm actually is and how it works.

Lastly when we talk about will power its good to get an accurate measure of who has the most and example how it could works in this scenario.

The Fear lords would be a major problem. He has a lot of fears to exploit. And it only makes them stronger also if he doesn't have prior knowledge to defeat them he won't figure it out. The demonic fiends are also a problem because generally they can't just be killed. Can't physically be harmed and has insane regen and strenght in some cases can jump bodies.

Aliens and predator. The Aliens would lose Predator with their tech and skill could K.O depe depending on the hunter.

Dust got a major power upgrade. So did Hellion. Surge since that time also had some good showings. I believe Winddancer lost her powers in deadly genesis. I don't recall seeing her in any read storylines after.
