What about the Tactigon from Avengers Initiative? It could crush planets. It gives you "the power you need to get the job done". If the "job" was destruction of a universe you're set.
I was listening to a comics discussion podcast on another site and I had to know about this Watchmen movie in production, I got the series for christmas and as they say the rest was history.
Serena/Sailor Moon has nothing properly obscuring her face or hair, at least she has obscurity to hide behind (I think). I could be wrong but aren't the Sailor Senshi kinda secret within their universe anyway?
Superman has noteriety surpassing Hannah Montanna's and a disguise only marginally better than Sailor Moon's. Despite being the best character he has the worst disguise.
