Without the pandoras box it could go either way. Captain Marvel is faster and hits harder, but Kratos has magic and blades that can slice her up with ease. It's basically physicals vs skill and equipment. Although Kratos has dodged lightning so he may not be that much slower when it comes to combat speed.
Kratos from GoW 2 or 3 would butcher her without much effort.
Mercer should be stronger. He tossed a tank a whole city block with just one hand, like nothing. He is definitely a 100 toner. He can also form his arms into more muscle mass to increase his strength even further, making people literally explode on impact.
Dante should be faster, Mercer can dodge missiles and run faster than speeding trains though so he could keep up long enough to land a hit imo.

Your analysis is deeply flawed. Human anatomy allows us to punch hard yes, but punching another human in the face as hard as you can likely breaks your fist as well as his face. Punching a gorilla whose bones are 4-5 times thicker than a humans is a completely different thing. You can possibly break 1 cm thick concrete with your punch but you can not break 5 cm thick conrete.
