This list is great!

I would put Michael and Lucifer in multiversal ++ tier. They did, after all, create the entirety of DC and Vertigo, which consists of multiple creations, including at least a metaverse. Also, Elaine Belloc is omnipotent. The Presence gave her omnipotence, so she should be up there with TOAA and the Presence.
