Conclusion
Despite not having a whole lot of quantifiable feats or even feats in general, Clay is a ridiculously powerful High tier threat. He has physicals that can go at it Immortal hulk and Grendel Symbiote Carnage, speed that makes people like Sabertooth and Lady deathstrike look slow and can tag a luck manipulator, a healing factor that rivals the best, combat skill that can give wolverine pause even out of his hulk form, and for the kicker has several feet long adamantium claws and an adamantium skeleton, able to be manipulated in a doomsday-like fashion (due to adamantium nanobots).
As of savage avengers, he's gone from an unstoppable physical threat and gotten even more powerful and versatile, as he now can fly, absorb energy, become telepathic, telekinetic and hyperintelligent, and turn invisible at will, as well as having gamma energy projection like eye beams and gamma bursts. All in all, I legit have no idea how someone who doesn't eclipse herald tier would beat him in a straight up fight, as he's already physically unstoppable and now has hax that shores up any weakness of being a hulk as well as gives him more ways to end people.
The only minor weakness he has is a weakness to ridiculously powerful technopathy, but that's not viable to 99.999% of fictional techno paths considering he's straight up resisted it before at a high level.
