Batman is just too epic for superpowers, but if he got one, I can see him with an ability to create mirages, or transforming himself into a swarm of bats to get around.
Batman would win out of these three, out of sheer martial arts skill, plus wolvie would be incapacitated with adamantium poisoning. unfortunately without the Super serum, Cap, still being an above average fighter, could still not react as fast, and would possibly going through withdrawal (supersteroids, LMAO), which would hinder his fighting ability, and concentration. However, I believe a fairer matchup would be all the characters at their appearance, where noone mentioned martial arts, and they were all basically brawlers. This would actually bring the fight to a more even scale.
