Name: Azad Akbari
Aliases - Azad , Prince of Time, Angel of Time , Az
Age: 19
Born in the slums of an ancient Persian city, Azad aspired to be recognized. As a child, he was a thief, stealing scraps of bread in order to stay alive. Throughout the course of his childhood, his skill in sneaking and stealing were constantly improving, going up to a point that Azad began to steal more and more exquisite items. This wouldn't last for long, when Azad was only 16, in an attempt to steal money from a nobleman was caught and was sent to the Sultan to await punishment.
Instead, the Sultan saw the potential that Azad would have in times war and took him under his wing - in a sense, adopted him as his own son.
Azad was taught many skills that a Prince was to have, being taught in maths, languages, the arts, science and combat. Then one day when Azad was 19, on the brink of war between his homeland and another kingdom, was given a mission.
To steal from the enemy- The Dagger of Time, a mystical artifact crafted by the gods that can bend the rules of time.
Obtaining the dagger was success, with Azad quickly learning how far he can essentially 'rewind' time and even pause time to a certain extent. When arriving home, he was greeted as a hero of his city, with his reward being to keep the dagger.
Azad however, abused this power and used it for his own personal gain. The constant use of the dagger caused a ripple in time and affecting Azad by sending him thousands of years into the future.
Azad is now stuck in a world far different to his own.
Powers and Abilities- Azad is a capable free-runner, as he learnt through being a thief in his childhood years. He is also rather unorthodox in fights, using the environment around him as a way to fight his opponent. When fighting, he relies on speed and accuracy rather than strength.
Weapons- Twin daggers being his main form of combat, with them both serving as an offensive and defensive tool. A gauntlet, given from the Sultan serves him as a way to quickly scale walls more efficiently.
Training - Having been trained by the Sultan and his finest, Azad is fairly proficient in swordsmanship, having a preference to daggers and throwing knives. However, when needed he can fight hand to hand as well. He has some ability with long swords and is an expert in lock-picking.
Armor- No real armor except his gauntlet and a long red and purple scarf wrapped around his face.
Personality - When Azad was taken in by the Sultan. he was rather boastful of skills, openly challenging anyone in a fight in order to prove his worth. Over the years he matured and learnt that doing so would cost him at some point. Azad's main traits were being impulsive, his need for adventure and crave for battle. Yet this changed drastically when he was sent into the future, as Azad became more introverted, his self esteem lowered and he has become more conscience in the way he acts around people.
