I haven't been caught up in a LONG while, but my friend told me that in one of the issues Tony asks to remove the Bleeding Edge out of his body - has this happened yet? I honestly don't like the Bleeding Edge armor even though I thought it was a pretty cool take on his armor. When Extremis came along, I was hoping that the writers wouldn't go beyond that but unfortunately they did - they turned Stark into a cyborg, but I want him to go back to the regular suiting up by his suitcase, lol. Ever since the Iron Man movies came out I began to be less interested in Iron Man because they were just crossing the line for me, and I want him to go back to the Batman/Bruce Wayne style where he's just a billionaire without any physical powers and what-not. I've recently seen the Marvel NOW! Iron Man covers, and it looks like his armor is just a re-design of his movie armor and I'm hoping someone can confirm whether or not he's removed Bleeding Edge yet, because I'm really bugged about it :/

@MuyJingo: Yeah Batman leading isn't that bad. I've always wanted to see more of the Flash, because if you think about it - he'll be the most interesting to be brought onto the big screen/live action.

Hopefully it won't focus on Batman.

I'm sorry to say... But like all Justice League adaptions, it will XD I dunno, I've seen all the JL animated features and they all make it look as if Batman leads the team, it's annoying.

Batman does lead the team, along with Superman. I mean, as far as strategy he tends to make the calls. What's wrong with that?

When he's the leader - the entire movie/episode will focus on him

Aren't we rushing here WB/DC?

No

Well... Everyone knows they're doing this NOW because of the Avengers - the whole "shared universe" thing has officially started. Now FOX are going to completely mess up the FF and X-Men by rushing and putting them in the same universe - same case with DC, they're rushing it. If they're filming next year then that goes to show that they've had barely any time to plan it out (doesn't include 2007-08)... I think they should spend from now, til about June/July next year as the planning stage and start casting in August, THEN they can start filming in 2014 rather than next year, actually it's hilarious how DC and Warner Bros are bringing all this bull up like last time - they announce plans in 07, get positive feedback from the script, start casting - crappy actors, they are about to start filming until they get cancelled by the strike. Why? Because they rushed it. Once they heard Marvel's Avengers plans back in 2005, I guess they panicked and began to rush production, just like they're doing now. I am too dedicated to DC comics to even see a crappy JL film, so they better not mess this up.

@paulcousins: It's funny what you said 'bout Marvel, DC has only ever made it to Dark Knight Rises as their "third film" :P I like how DC fans (like me) dis Avengers because of how successful it was, and now Marvel fans (like me) are worrying that Justice League could outrank Avengers 2.

As much as I love DC, I can see it now - "Warner Bros push live-action Justice League back for another year" - Whether they can or can't pull it off, I don't see them releasing it in 2015... But if they do stay with the 2015 release date and they don't want to look like Battleship, they'll have to release it in March/April and see how they do - it obviously has to be 3D or they're really screwed :/ If they even try to release it after Avengers 2 then they're out of their damn minds thinking they can top the sequel to the beginning of the best superhero franchise(s), and not to mention, but more people will be hyped to see Avengers because of the Phase Two build up (Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier an Guardians of the Galaxy).

Oh my god. I can't stop laughing. DC and Warner Bros are gonna either halt production or make a complete failure out of the movie, lol - But to be honest, I think the film would have better superheroes than Avengers unless Avengers 2 add the top players like Ant-Man or Ms Marvel... Though unfortunately for DC, it will be difficult to pull off another Green Lantern, and it would also be difficult to pull off Flash and/or Aquaman - first of all, they're terrible at casting (except Christian Bale and Henry Cavill, my boys) - does anyone remember the HORRIFIC casting back in '07? By the way, has anyone noticed this is the second time DC has been trying to compete with Marvel in live-action? Marvel announced an Avengers film back in 2005 and had been planning it years before, then all of a sudden Warner Bros announces a Justice League movie that got put on hold because of the strike. Come on DC, how 'bout you stop worrying about Marvel's success and take your time with this bloody film... I'm just gonna say this again, these guys are making their selves look ridiculous by releasing it in the same year as Avengers.
