After being publicly outed as an assassin and murder, former senator, Sebastian Stringer was arrested and detained in Gothic city. During that fiasco, his daughter, Evelyn Stringer, fled the country and has yet be heard from again. Now, with his reputation in ruins and his daughter in fear of who he truly is, Sebastian has reverted back to his old self-- Lokii, alternate universe God of illusions-- redounding full powers and duties to the Eternals. Eventually, after devising his clean escape from prison, Sebastian resettled himself as the personal agent of his fellow Eternal, Hades, and has been contracted as the herald of life and death in exchange for his daughter's safety and guidance until they are reunited.

Powers
The gift illusion projection has long been Lokii's power as birthright, but after being bestowed additional abilities as Hades agent, the use of many powers wear down his stamina after use. Projection illusions, like breathing never tires him, but any of the other powers could drain him to a stand still if used for hours on end.

As the loyal agent of both life and death, Austri can be hired to both assassinate and protect any and all living animals. His allegiance lies firmly with Hades form the alternate universe's Allied Eternals, so he has to clear all contracts with him first, but otherwise the Dead Man's Attorney is lawfully neutral. Seeing as how he is attracted to the presence of sudden death both emanating off of people and within the eyes of killers, Austria will often take the personal initiative to intervene upon his own judgement of the situation, which is to say sometimes he also acts as a word of conscious to potential disasters or disturbances in the Eternals' plans.
