If it is in-character, Dazzler's got this one. Waaaaay back in an old What If? they battled and she was able to take Sue out, as the force fields were transparent. 
 
Out of character, Sue would win. Of course, out-of-character Sue can beat just about anybody.

Not necessarily. Until we see a body (or a Black Lantern), I'm unconvinced. :P
