He fights  (insert villain here) in an epic battle to the death in a public setting and as the battle ensues a little baby is caught in the crossfire. Wolverine saves the baby, but (villain) takes advantage of the situation and deals Wolverine a fatal blow causing his HF to overload. In a scene where no word bubbles or panels can describe; Wolverine gets up from blow after having his healing factor overloaded, and slowly makes his way towards (Villain). Surprised Wolvies still standing let alone able to walk , Villain continues to blast him with (insert scientific ray/energy weapon). Wolvie takes blow after blow and refuses to fall:
(insert Villain): FALL FALL FALL DAMMIT!!!!

Wolverine continues to walk forward, another blast which takes off half of his face, BLAM! another takes off his left arm. Wolverine is about an inch away from (Villain).

Villain:WHY WON'T YOU DIE!?!?!?!

WOLVERINE is an inch away from death, gives a smile truly worthy of the grim reaper and says as he raises his remaining charred right arm.

Wolverine: Cause I haven't killed you yet.
SNIKT!  Three claws go right through the (villain) causing him/her to die a slow and painful death.

Wolverine collapses to the ground having saved the day and whispers "Jean" and dies surrounded by family and loved ones.

YEP THATS HOW I WOULD KILL WOLVIE....YEP

I'm just happy he's gonna be back kicking ass and taking names.
