Star Wars: Episode VII

So, here is my drawing posted in a previous blog. I colored it and put it on a shirt.

It has been 20 (or perhaps 30-40) years since Luke Skywalker, his twin

sister Leia, Han Solo, and the Rebel Army defeated Darth Vader, the evil

Emperor, and his Empire. But while the Dark Side seems to have been

defeated there are still those who refuse to surrender. Queen Leia, her

husband Han Solo, and her twin brother Luke Skywalker are still dealing

with the remnants of this evil empire. Meanwhile Han and Leia have had

children. Twins Jacen and Jaina, and a young son they named Anakin.

Luke also got married to a former enemy, Mara Jade also known as the

Emperor's Hand. He and she had a son they named Ben. Luke is now the

Jedi Grandmaster and is training the children, and the rest of the younger

generation to be Jedis, Queen Leia has also become a Jedi. But threats of

one final effort on the Empire's part to regain power might lead to a war.

What do you guys think of this? I plan to color it. Its a tribute to the Dave Cockrum X-Men cover, the next episodes of Sat Wars will bring in the new generation, the children of Luke and Mara, and Leia and Han.

STAR WARS EPISODE SEVEN: So this is the final penciled version. What do you all think? It is a tribute to the famous Dave Cockrum X-Men Cover because the new films will be about the younger generation. I am unsure if I will be able to color it by tomorrow, but I will try. Oh, and also do you think I could get away without coloring it? Or, better color it?

Just a quick look at Marvel's Movie Universe Technology and Advances.

• Dr. Erskine creates the Super Soldier Serum and turns Steve Rogers into Captain America.

• In Captain America 1, “Bucky” Barnes fought along side his friend Captain America.

Bucky was experimented on by Arnim Zola with Zola’s own version of the Super Soldier Serum. He was then lost on a mission, what no one knew was that the Russians found him and made him an assassin.

• Captain America is also lost and frozen for 70 years.

• Whiplash/Vanko’s father worked for Howard Stark, Tony’s father on similar tech that led to the Iron Man armor and arch tech that was based on the Cosmic Cube (from Asguard). What if he was then sent back to Communist Russia where he worked with the Winter Soldier program and designed and maintained the robotic arm.

(In the comics Arnim Zola returns as a robot with his mind transferred into the robot as an AI.)

• In Hulk Bruce Banner is trying to recreate the Super Soldier Serum and turns himself into the Hulk.

• Blonski is injected with another version of the Super Soldier Serum and then injected with a chemical made by Sterns based on Banner’s blood and becomes the Abomination.

• It is revealed on Agents of SHIELD that Blonski is in a Cryogenic Cell, keeping him frozen and not a threat.

• Tony Stark has an AI butler named Jarvis. He goes on to use the arch reactor in his chest and to power his robotic suit of armor Iron Man.

• In Iron Man 3 Jarvis pilots an army of Iron Man armors. Basically using robot bodies.

• In Avengers 1 it is revealed that Nick Fury and SHIELD have been developing weapons based on the Cosmic Cube, which Howard Stark found during the Captain America 1 movie.

• In Agents of SHIELD the team developed a sleep gun that later became Air Born as a bomb.

• A terrorist group puts cameras in the eyes of forced agents that they can explode.

• Also in Agents of SHIELD Cybertech creates a robot leg for Deathlok.

• Winter Soldier shows up in the present day with an advanced robot arm.

• Hank Pym is a scientist who, during the 70s was Ant Man, and invented tech that shrinks and grows called Pym Particles.

• (In the Comics Hank Pym creates Ultron, an AI within a robotic body.)

• In the movies Ultron is the villain for the Avengers in Avengers 2: Age of Ultron.

• Baron Strucker (another Nazi alongside Zola in the comics who worked for the Red Skull) is also a bad guy in Avengers 2: Age of Ultron.

• Jarvis is now the voice for the Vision in Age of Ultron, leading me to think that the Vision is the Jarvis AI given a body (maybe by Ultron).

• Ultron’s creation and the Vision’s could possibly have a connection to all this.

In Agents of SHIELD a character is shown to be turned into Deathlok, he wakes up with one of those cameras in his eye giving him instructions or it will explode and kill him. Then he is given a robot leg and has super strength. This is a sketch I did of what he could end up looking like on the show. Its not finished yet because I want to darken it in with pencil and color it. I don't see them making him wear bright red and yellow, so I have a different color pallet. Here he has his robot leg, cybernetic reinforced skull and another robot eye, since part of his face was burned and his eye was damaged. Iron Man styled tech for his gloves and the rest is regular human gear. I tried to draw him sad also because I thought he would be, fully aware of what he is doing (killing people) against his will or he will be killed and maybe his family too. So This is what I thought Deathlok could look like in Agents of SHIELD. (I posted this description and drawing all over the Internet so I kept the description vague in case of spoilers).

With or without the goggles?

In Wolverine and the X-Men #29 we get a glimpse of the X-Men and Wolverine's future in the year 2042. And we see some awesome ideas for what could happen, but more than that we are told (and never shown) a lot of cool ideas. I would love to see this as a future comic, in the style of Batman Beyond. An ongoing future comic with cool future ideas for characters and such that doesn't have a post apocalyptic story or ending.

Bobby Drake/Ice Man and Kitty Pryde had a kid together. Ice Man has a long ice beard.
