The game is a first person survival action game. It follows Oliver Queen stuck on the island and trying to survive while also defending against the criminals on the island. He crafts things to survive, hunt, and prosper. One of the main survival risks are sleep.
Sleep
- You must find good land, the flatter the land the more you heal while sleeping.
- When you find a good place to sleep it will inform you the probability of being discovered while you sleep, you can camouflage yourself at night to increase your probability of surviving
- You can set how long you sleep, the longer you sleep, the more health you regain. You can sleep up to 13 hours.
- You can build a treetop base (see crafting) to increase your chances of surviving, camouflage it even further to make it nearly impossible to find you
- You have a sleep bar, when it goes down you start to slow down, lose damage, and when it runs out you pass out completely, sleeping for 13 hours
- You have a stamina bar, the lower your sleep, the lower your stamina, when you are running and your stamina runs out you have to stop to catch your breath, when the stamina runs out you lose 5% of your sleep bar
- You also have a Karma bar, which will either be high green (which raises the health faster while sleeping), High Red (which raises the health slower while sleeping) or average. Low red or green have a lower effect
- The Karma bar increases when you kill an animal that's not enraged (attacking you) or don't use the animal for meat
Food
- You must find food to survive
- You can get food from hunting or from picking berries
- You also need water, you can locate water in a stream or a pond, it is suggested to build your camp near that
- When you kill an animal you need skin it and take the meat
Crafting
- You build can build a weapon by taking different resources to attach them
- You raid a gangster's body when you kill/knock them out, you can get armor, weapons, and supplies
- You build your base and treetops bases to survive
- You can camouflage
Starting the game
You start with Oliver waking up on the floor of his bedroom. He stumbles to his feet and limps into the hallway. He looks out the window of the boat and sees a beach outside. He walks around, realizing the floor of the boat is flooded with water. He grabs his hoodie and puts it on. Then he hears cries for help and gunshots. He dives into a different room and grabs a hand ax that's on the floor. He grabs a backpack loaded up with materials (6 water bottles, 15 nutrition bars, compass and first aid kit). The gunshots got closer as Oliver begins to panic but stays in the room. He overhears the cause, talking about how they want to kill some more people. He gets angry and jumps on one person killing him before he can call out. He grabs a bowie knife from the body. Oliver the sneaks behind another guard, killing him before killing the third one. He takes off his backpack and takes all of their weapons (3 guns with 4 rounds in each, 15 clips with 9 rounds, and 5 grenades). He then sneaks out of the boat after seeing the body of his father. He runs onto the beach and sees that the boat has tipped sideways and was crushed on the shore. He looks around, before hearing shouting and running into the forest.

After that
Oliver stumbles into the forest, this is the only guided part, mostly for the tutorial. You stumble around before discovering a small training camp far away from anything else. You sneak into the base and discover an archery kit, which you grabbed after Oliver muttered that he had trained in archery back at home (you get 20 arrows). You then learn how to hunt animals and the controls. You then build your first base.
