Just because you don't agree with the out come of a comic fight, or don't like a characters abilities, doesn't inherently mean the writing is not good.

This is were I don't agree, Batman CAN put the hurt on her, because DC isn't a realistic setting. If it was Superman and Martian Manhunter would die because the atmosphere on Earth is different than there home planet, Wonder Woman would die when she touched water because she is clay. Aquaman would die under water, because even if he could breath under water, the pressure would kill him. Slades, Banes, Batman, and most human super humans would die because of the intensity of there work outs. CADMUS would get caught and arrested. Ect.

He is typically top tier along with Luthor as the two smartest humans on the planet.

Morrison's Batman, however, is unequivocally smarter than Luthor. He is terrifyingly smart.

@area52: Because Batman simply designed it and have had the entire Justice League made it for him. Lex's current Superman's suit is rather impressive maybe not as impressive as Hellbat but still. HOWEVER, I do see their intellect as equal, and let's just keep it that way. If you ask some other ppl, they won't even agree on Batman being close to Lex.

@area52: I'd personally rate Superwoman, Justice League and Cyborg as worse but I agree the Bat Rebirth titles have not been very good aside from a couple of exceptions.
