As proven in previous posts, the Doctor plus Time Vortex equals a virtually omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent entity (Bad Wolf). The Time Vortex is beyond time and space, beyond the universe, is nowhere but is there, and is... you get the point. So given that the Doctor practically massacres the whole of MU, the only thing that would stand in his way would be LT.

BUT given the state and exposition of the Time Vortex, it might as well be one and the same with HOTU. And HOTU = TOAA aanddd you know where that leads.

Of course that's just a theory, so to be safe, I say it's a stalemate.

I'm not sure what you mean about "full time lord powers" but if you mean he absorbed the heart of the Time Vortex, which made Rose practically omnipotent, then Doctor stomps.

If you were to have just one power of some sort, what would it be?

Battle ends by death. Both are driven mad by power and now pit against each other in an attempt to steal the other's powers. Battle takes place anywhere inside the multiverse.

Scenario: Superman arrives just as Hulk reaches Metropolis and starts destroying everything. The Avengers are there as well, trying their best to stop Hulk. Superman comes in but the Avengers sees Superman as an obstacle and attempt to stop him, but are almost immediately defeated. Iron Man sees this as an opportunity to defeat Hulk, so he finds a way to eventually pit Superman and Hulk together. Additionally, Iron Man has injected nano-bytes on Superman, suppressing the latter's power to sheer strength and flight only (which means no lasers, ice breath, tornadoes, etc.), as well as limiting Superman's speed to the speed of sound..

Thus:

Rules:

- The battle is a battle of physical strength. Thus, while each is allowed to throw cars, create earthquakes, punch the other towards the moon, etc., special powers such as lasers, icy breaths, etc. are not allowed given that those powers have already been suppressed by Iron Man.

- No kryptonite, red sun radiation, or magic.

- No backup.

- Battle ends either by death or KO.

So... who takes this? :D

Thor with OF would crush SS, but otherwise SS would just diminish Thor with the Power Cosmic.
