Best Batbook and it's not even about Batman.

Very strong book indeed, but considering comics are a visual medium and art is a heavy factor in ranking books (at least personally) it's really dragged down a place or two. Batman, despite its missteps, still has the best writing/art combination and it's only going to get better after the crossover.

Always nice to see Ivan Reis' art and can't wait for the conclusion to I Am Gotham and for I Am Suicide to begin.

Gotham Girl shouldn't have shaved her head though.

Great talent involved (mainly Jason Fabok is back) so I'm greatly hyped for this.

@nightfang3: Might be the reason why they have a new guy posting stuff.

I think the new guy, Chris Damien, could be helping here from gamespot since Tony and Mat are active there.

Nice podcast!

Earth 2 Society Annual #1

Justice League of America #9

Suicide Squad War Crimes Special #1

Ah, the infamous fifth Wednesday... I'll probably grab the Superman Lois and Clark and Superman and the Justice League of America Vol. 2 trades down the line sometime too.

I'd include the fight in Hal Jordan and the GLC. Showcases a cool throw down and why his personality always keeps him going. No matter the odds. That's just me though. The banter between Ted and Jaime in BB was fun as well

Yeah, I'd definitely include a Hal and a Ted/Jaime moment myself.

The Deathstroke moment was great too. Detective was good as well but they already did that homage a couple of issues ago at Ulysses Armstrong's desk so... It might be that both artists wanted to do that so fine, but it shouldn't happen thrice.

@apokos7: My first is Hal Jordan and the GLC. Third would be Wonder Woman, then Green Arrow, then Aquaman.

Nice. So far my favorites are Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps, Aquaman, both Superman titles, Batman and this but I like almost the entirety of Rebirth.

Can someone name all of Batman's Suicide Squad for me? I only know Catwoman. Thanks!

1. The one on the right is Bronze Tiger for sure.

2. The one in the background, in the middle is Jester.

3. The one at back, left is Hugo Strange I guess.

4. The masked clown chick is probablyMime

Catwoman, Bronze Tiger, Ventriloquist/Arnold Wesker, Punch and Jewlee.

Edit: Now that I think about it, they could very well be Jester and Mime.

@the_stegman: So far we know that both Khalid and Nelson Kent will be featured in Blue Beetle. Also with the JSA book coming up it wouldn't be surprising to see at least Kent there.
