Doc Samson loses but it takes a long time. Classic Doc took several hour beating from mindless hulk that was whipping Hercules / Iron Man / Sub Mariner / Wonder Man / She-HUlk (and other small fries) simultaneously.

They don't have the damage output to put Doc down.

Iron Fist has some pretty decent feats. One shot helicarrier.

It's funny to see speed arguments come home to roost against DC fanboys.

Both hulk and gladiator are as weak or strong as plot requires.

Hulk has his forms and anger level variability and gladiator has his confidence level that can explain away low feats.
