" It's just him fighting the members of the Zodiac every episode (which have armors like his, also someone (odd choice) is not really dead. Its just really bland. I was expecting them to go with him battling Eastern magical forces Like the Mandarin and Foom, but I guess that would have been too awesome. The fight scenes are great, It just feels like the story doesn't go anywhere. "

As much as I'm sad to hear that, I can't say I'm overly surprised. Marvel should have gone to Production I.G. and got Kenji Kamiyama to direct the series. Kamiyama wrote and directed GitS: Stand Alone Complex (both series + movie), Moribito and Eden of the East: that's the kind of person you want handling your properties.

Wait, I know he's not a fan of magic, but he was mind-wiped himself and still doesn't believe in magic? Oh, Bruce, go to Zatanna, she'll show you magic - you know you want to... :D

I have a nerdy question for the developers:

Why would the actions of Spider-Man on Earth-616 affect the future of Earth-928? Peter and Miguel O'Hara don't exist in different but connected timelines, they exist in different and unconnected realities, so... are dimensions still screwed up (and somehow linked) since Mysterio messed with them or is this just a case of "Oh, right, hadn't thought about that..."?

Oh, for Nathan Drake's sake, when will Activision learn that it takes more than one measly year to produce a truly worthwhile, high-quality sequel? Probably around the time gamers stop buying their rehashed tripe, I suppose... :(

Shattered Dimensions wasn't a masterpiece to begin with, so they need that extra time - it was a decent game overall, with a strong engine, but it was far too repetitive and certainly no Arkham Asylum. Given sufficient latitude, I believe Beenox could develop an excellent Spider-Man; it' a shame that, given Activision's usual MO, they won't be given the chance.

Oh well, at least the story should be good if PAD is writing it.

Make like the Secret Six and go mercenary for a while, at least until you replenish your coffers. Of course, the Six can't seem to complete a job to save their lives and are perpetually broke, so maybe that's not the most sound advice, either.

I vote no. I don't hate her, but I'm absolutely not looking forward to the inevitable drama and predictable Phoenix nonsense that her return would bring. And if she does come back, I wouldn't want her on Legacy - that book belongs to Rogue (and Magneto).

That said, I wouldn't be opposed to her return if a good writer (i.e. someone with a long-term vision beyond the next 5-issue arc) came up with a genuinely clever take on the character that made her feel fresh - and not just a hyped-six-months-in-advance marketing event to drive sales.

My picks for the week of March 30th:

- Jock's cover for Detective Comics #875

- Amazing Spider-Man #657

- Alex Garner's variant for Wonder Woman #609 (though I would have liked more "realistic" body proportions)

Step #1 - Release eye-gougingly horrible promo picture.

Step #2 - Let fans despair and lower their expectations below ocean-floor level.

Step #3 - Release new, slightly-less-horrible photos.

Step #4 - Watch fans rejoice that "WB listened to us! It's better than we thought!"

Congratulations, you have successfully mind-f***ed your potential audience into cautious optimism.

Sorry, but there's a wide chasm between "not as bad" and "actually good". Everything I've heard and seen about this show so far makes me want to bang my head on my desk (although, on second thought, brain damage might not be such a bad thing here).

Sorry for the pessimism, but as a massive Wonder Woman fan, I can only pray to the gods that this project crashes and burns at the pilot stage. Between Kelley's "vision", the casting and the costume... damn... It's been a rough year for WW, please don't add a mediocre, Bionic Woman-style TV show to it.

I'm surprised that's even a question, what with all the alien races routinely invading or defending Earth in comics. Seriously, it's like asking, "Do people believe in dolphins?" How is there even any doubt?

The Phoenix Force. Again. Yawn.

Honestly, what are the chances that it would be used in a remotely original and interesting way, i.e. not the usual world-dominating menace that the X-Men will miraculously manage to defeat thanks to some desperate Hail Mary pass and, ideally, some heroic sacrifice from whoever hasn't been killed in a while?

I'd like to believe there's a grand plan for Hope that was mapped out since the beginning, years-in-the-making stuff... but at this point, I've lost all confidence.

The whole "messiah" thing was dodgy all along and the resolution of Second Coming was unconvincing to say the least (as is often the case with supermegaworldshattering events). It's a shame to think that Hope will inevitably be swept into the Phoenix Force legacy, because I do like the character.
