Alright so now that I've re-read the entire thing lemme first say great arguments from the both of you. Yall def structured your posts quite well and nothing felt messy in how it was presented.
Now on to the very arguments themselves, my vote goes to Cosmic
Shirso's argument as to why Bloodman did not possess Memento Mori were honestly ridiculous with the whole "He calls himself death" thing and he did not address Cosmic's other point about how Zeref specifically made the demons to kill him and such
Also Moriah was never shown to use Black Box as a means of defending himself like that only using it to trap Luffy late into their fight
Shirso had no proper answer for Bloodman flooding the battle field and ignoring the rules that the matchup rules stated Bloodman was serious from the start
Also doppeman being useless due to Memento Mori as a "non living" being isn't valid as Memento Mori itself is an attack ignores the very concepts of life and death
It seemed like much if Shirso's arguments hinged on Doppleman carrying which once again gets countered by Tenchi Kamei
Which also on top of that will drown Moriah instantly due to his devil fruit. I see Shirso tried using the idea they can still use their abilities to an extent as shown by the unconscious Luffy's neck still being stretched underwater in Arlong Park but I feel as though that is just an inconsistency on Oda's part given as Cosmic showed earler, even top tiers like Big Mom were shown to be rendered completely helpless when entirely submerged even when initially conscious and her own lifeforce/sheer willpower would be vastly superior to East Blue Luffy's own
Yeah those are roughly my thoughts pretty much and Korby also kinda voiced any other thoughts I might have had
