A single German "Potato Masher" Stick Grenade has a kinetic yield of 711,280 Joules of energy, Ares threw at least 30 of them. The aerial bomb Diana threw detonated 10 of them but she was hit with 20 of them which would have a kinetic yield of 14,225,600 Joules (over 2 million more Joules stronger than a 120mm cannon round from an M1911 Abrams tank). Not to mention she was surrounded by a stockpile of ammunition which was also detonated by the 20 or so German grenades that were chucked at her, Ares got those Stielhandgranates from a single crate that Diana threw at him. A single crate housed at least 30 grenades so when those explosives landed around her, it set off the entire pay load of over 15 crates full of Stielhandgranates...

She was knee deep in bombs while standing less than 3 feet away from dozens of crates of 30 grenades each and she tanked all of them exploding at once.....A single crate with 30 grenades housed over 21,338,400 Joules of energy. I counted the crates, there are 20 crates within 5 feet of her. Some are stacked on top of each other, some are larger than others, the crate she threw at Ares was a small one....a larger one is at least twice as large and could house twice as many explosives.....and there were dozens of crates with each filled with artillery. A single Stielhandgranaten weighed 1.3 lbs and had .6oz of TNT, there were at least 25-30 in a small box that would have weighed around 38lbs and there were over 20 boxes of various size and weight within 3-ft of her which adds up to at least 760lbs of artillery and 360lbs of TNT.
The fact that there were over 20 boxes that close to her implies that there were double the amount of crates within 10-ft of her, if I took the time to count them all I'd probably come up with over 50 crates of explosives which is over 1500lbs of explosives and 990lbs of pure TNT. She tanked an entire stock pile of at least 1000 grenades not to mention the larger crates which could house explosive tank rounds, mortar shots and aerial bombs that weighted anywhere from 1ton to over 2tons each and had an explosive yield of over half a ton of TNT each. In fact, she threw an aerial bomb at Ares to stop the shower of grenades so there was definitely more than one of these lying around.
In the scene right after Diana kills Lufendorf, the Germans are wheeling out crates and crates of explosives, that's all there is and not just hand grenades, high yield explosives, mortar rounds to be precise. In a scene where Steve is explaining what he saw at a Turkish weapons manufacturing facility, all you see are high yield explosives. My calc was if there were only hand grenades, the lowest yield explosives at their disposal... In reality, she tanked more than just a single ton of TNT to the face
I think we need to talk about a DCEU Wonder Woman durability feat. Not sure if its been brought up here or anywhere else before I brought it up in recent threads but it would help when defending her against the lowballing and hate she gets.
Remember back in her first film when Diana launched a crate full of German grenades at Ares and he threw them back with TK,
are we under the impression that only those grenades blew up or did the other crates around her have explosives in them and explode as well?
I have my own thoughts on this but I want to see what you all think. And if my thoughts are correct, how would you prove the other crates had explosives in them? I did the calcs, if the other crates had explosives, the yield would be at least 1000lbs to 1 ton of TNT and some explosives back then had several tons of TNT by themselves. If you wanted her to have better base durability, that would prove it
