but here's the thing: not to belittle your opinion, but at this point negative reviews tell me absolutely nothing anymore, because nowadays everyone hates like 97% of any of the movies i see. the only exceptions are when it's REALLY good (The Batman) or i absolutely hate it (The Suicide Squad).
@amazing_webhead: you make a valid point. They should pick different actors for both of them though. People who can make them dynamic. For Attuma, I would do Javier Bardem with a little CGI bulking up if needed.

@amazing_webhead: Another scenario for Leonard McKenzie is that he has a nephew with the same name who is a pirate like Black Manta but he is called Black Moray. Maybe he acts like the father figure that Namor never had then betrays him towards the end.
@amazing_webhead: That was my thinking too since they have established that Namor has been around for a while. I'm kinda sad that Leonard McKenzie isn't a part of his origin.
fair. maybe they could find a possible mesoamerican name for his father that sounds kinda like it? i know it's not the same, but it would still be a nice detail.
