This issue started the most significant arc for anyone who reads the Green Arrow comics, the death of him. Importance aside, here's my good, bad and the ehh moment.Good:Chuck Dixon was really on a role with his writing in Green Arrow those days with the portrayal of a shocked Ollie when he saw Hal who was then loco.
