Powers & Abilities
Lightning Power Core
Ali is born with whats called a Lightning Power Core, a spark of the beast that gives Ali his lightning based abilities. It produces extremely potent lightning when it is churned, and it can be churned on by Ali at his will, and it floods Ali's entire body with lightning, powering his muscles, his nervous system and his brain's natural capabilities. This gives Ali his signature lightning based abilities as well as his perception, an increase in information processing ability and the capability to react far beyond what he is normally capable of. A malfunction in the reincarnation process tainted Ali's normally pure Lightning Power Core with a hint of his father's Rage Core. This has resulted in an anomaly where Ali starts to lose control over his senses and reason after prolonged uses of his power core.
Lightning Projection
Ali is capable of projecting lightning, whether it is from the tips of his fingers, or through his eyes, nose, or virtually anywhere from his body. Ali's body is one that's naturally built to accommodate his lightning core, and this comes with special pores in his skin that allows the natural filtration of lightning in and out of Ali's physical body.
Lightning Physique
Ali's cells are specifically designed to absorb lightning. This feature allows the cells to be filled up and transmute at will, allowing Ali to turn into raw lightning whenever he wants to. Normally, Ali only turns into lightning while travelling, so as to avoid harming the surroundings by going at super fast speeds.
Weather Manipulation
An ability of Ali's lightning core allows him to manipulate the weather via the use of barometric pressure manipulation. He is able to artificially manipulate atmospheric pressure, and control wind, clouds and other such elements to induce weather phenomenon.
Electromagnetic Manipulation
A side effect of Ali's Lightning Core creates natural polarity with the environment around Ali. This allows Ali to do such things as a fly, hover in the air and in many cases, see things otherwise invisible to the naked eye. It's not direct manipulation and only works to a minimal degree.
Bio-Electric Manipulation
Ali's heightened senses allow him to detect even minor quantities of electricities in the environment, such as brain signals that run through most living creatures. This allows Ali to read them with minimal effort, mostly used to read minds, and even manipulate bioelectricity to various ends, harmful and non-harmful alike. It's this quality of his ability which makes it seem as though Ali is a telepath, while in reality he is not. He's simply learnt an augmented skill by using his natural abilities.
Another use of Bioelectric manipulation is that it can be used to keep track of people Ali has met. Each unique signature is recorded in his brain, thus, when he meets them later, Ali can instantly recollect information about them stored in his brain.
Skills & Stuff
Force Manipulation
Ali was taught by @icefire_outlaw the art of Force Manipulation shortly after coming to the World. He is able to rely on the naturally omnipresent force and and use it to various effects, most helpful in sword fighting and empathy and a degree of telekinesis.
Combat Skills
Ali is a master of many combat techniques such as the Soft Fist style of the Stalker Clan and the Unorthodox One sword style of the Viper Clan. The soft fist style allows Ali to observe an individual's weakness via his own senses and target specific weaknesses during a fight to quickly and effectively dismantle his opponents. The sword style mastered to a basic degree is what allows Ali to wield Lightning Cutter. His speed simply makes it very hard for others, despite superiority in skill to actually exploit Ali's lack of skill in this regard.
