This was far beyond the ominous stare of the midnight eyes found on a preternatural, this was the murderous intent only a man could conceive, the soul of a man trapped in the body of a vampire how truly frightening he had become. The air began to burn cold, a hatred rose inside of him like the hunger of a beast, one that would only be satisfied with the complete and utter destruction of his opponent both physically and spiritually torn apart.
