I would not want it to be in a freak accident because those things are often painful and disfiguring. Well, they disfigure villians who get their powers from an accident. Heroe's who get their powers by accidents tend to have their looks kept intact.

I would rather be born with the power.

This just goes to show that wearing normal clothes while heroing is better than wearing spandex. With normal clothes you can just stick it in your pocket. I don't know what spandex heroes do with theirs. Presumably they have to leave it behind.

Hmmm...

One one hand, capes would be pretty useless and  might even end up being detrimental to the hero.

On the other hand, THEY LOOK AWESOME!
