Well, I for one would like to have Batgirl team up with Supergirl. I love the idea of that pairing as a diametrically opposite to the one with Batman and Superman. Plus, where Kara is right now in her comics, and where Barbara is in her own, it'd be a great team-up. It would also be something that can stand up against Levitz's disappointing World's Finest.

Blood Brothers, Strain The Fall, Batman 66, Birds of Prey, Fables, He-Man, JLD, Supergirl, Superman Unchained, Pandora, Karai, Aphrodite, X-Men, Red Sonja, Red Sonja Unchained, and that's about it. Gonna be a HUGE week.

Great review, Corey! I'm certainly enjoying this series myself. Brian Wood has been doing some amazing things with all the characters. I loved the ending for this one especially, with Han facing off against Slave I and Leia going off into the.... unknown. Really looking forward to #9 next month.

Interesting covers. I like the one for Killjoys and Astonishing X-Men.

What the current series needs is for someone other than Scott Lobdell to be writing it. He is just all over the place and he is focusing on plot more than he is characters. Superboy is the same. I thought DeFalco would have been better, but he's been just as bad.

The first few issues of the new series were decent, but the latest ones, from after Death of the Family through to #19 have been rather terrible. I'm afraid to pick up #20-22. And yes, the characterisation in the series is really, really off.

I liked the issue for the most part. Some glaring flaws, such as the next-to-no exposition on greek mythology, and the fact that as a standalone, it is not as tight a story, but other than that, I'm really excited for Trinity War. Its shaping up to be really good.

I re-read all the previous appearances of Pandora after reading this and the complete story so far is excellent.

I just posted my thoughts here.

This is definitely one of the best issues of Aquaman yet. The complexity and chaos that is going on shows just how unstable things are in Atlantis, and why Arthur needs to spend time focusing on the problems in Atlantis and letting things on the surface slide. He is a King, but he is acting more of like a.... prince, if that makes sense?

@paragon_sean: Justice League, Justice League of America and Justice League Dark contain the main storyline in their July and August issues. This month's issue of Constantine will be a tie-in as well. They are also releasing three special issues of Trinity of Sin: Pandora for the event, two of which will ship this month. Next month's issue of Phantom Stranger will be another tie-in.

Here's the checklist: http://www.dccomics.com/blog/2013/06/25/trinity-war-checklist
