Walking around San Francisco's Alternative Press Fair (APE), it's easy to get overwhelmed by all the outstanding artwork. I knew I wanted to take some photos for my Comic Vine blog, but I had to decide how to choose what to shoot, when unique and eye-catching booths are everywhere.

So I decided to shoot some superhero art.

I won't deny it is awful to go to an indie press fair and only shoot superhero artwork, but I absolutely love how some of these artists interpreted my favorite characters. Here are some of my favorites, with links to the artists.
