This guy has rustled my jimmies. Booster Gold is the Unsung hero in which he saves the world, but nobody knows due to time travel. He is also a decent leader that instead of going the route of completing the mission at any cost like most team leaders, he worries about the safety of his teamates and is a flexible leader.
Also my useless pic will have to be Batgirl. I don't want her reparalyzed or anything, but better writing for her. She is the worst batsidekick fighter I have ever seen and she fights z-listers. She is also more of a jokey character rather than smart like Stephanie brown but with out oracle or actually funny lines. She basically serves as eye candy for me at least until Steph or Cass get a comic if they get a comic.

She isn't even a natural blonde. Bobbi is however.
She chooses to be blond and that's all that count in my book.
As for a Blond hero event, Steve Rogers, Carol Danvers, Black Cat kinda, Monking Bird I suppose, Emma Frost, The Cuckoos, Thor, Havok, Angel, and the Storm siblings have to fight against the Red Skull who is butthurt thwt he has no hair and makes an airborne virus that not only makes people hairless, but makes them grew direly ill. The serum only works on non natural blonds and Red Skull is the only one that has the cure. 10 issue event.

Don't buy Deapool or Mr. Fantastic if you want to have a strong team. Scarlet Witch, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, Ghost Rider, and Dr Strange are high tier and you would do well to get at least one of these guys.
Scott know Judo so he could just put Shaw in a guillotine, rear naked choke hold, triangle lock, blood chock, etc and defeat him without having to rick powering him up to put him down.
