Sad to see Frankenstein go, but Threshold honestly sounds rad as hell.

@TheMadMonkey: That's a good thing, isn't it? Good stories have an ending, stories that drag on forever usually end up becoming lame eventually.

I read Valiant back in the 90's but I haven't been able to catch up on their relaunch with my tight budget. I really want to get back into X-O Manowar, it looks really good. I'm also interested in Bloodshot, I've heard good things. Anyone know how many titles Valiant has now?

5 including the upcoming Shadowman title.

Well, he said he's putting A.Vampire on hiatus for a while. I wouldn't be surprised if he drops either Swamp Thing or Batman soon too, 4 titles every month is a lot.

Isn't Tamerlane generally seen as a greater conqueror? My knowledge of history on both him and Genghis Khan is weak though, mind you.

Can someone PLEASE explain Marvel: Now to me? I thought it was just another event with the original X-Men coming to the future and current verse. But now there's costume redesigns and what not... I don't get it.

I don't read Avengers vs X-Men but I know that it's spinning out from the conclusion of it. Marvel NOW doesn't really seem like an event, more like a renumbering of everything signalling new story directions in almost all titles. Basically, it's one big jumping on point. I don't think it's a reboot like DC's New 52 was, just a...relaunch, I guess.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Probably due to increased focus on university work/studies but I hardly remember anything about this month's comics, and my pull list is pretty small right now. Oh well, I gave it a go.

@Alton:Yeah, I won't be following all the titles they plan to roll out either. I plan to cut down my entire monthly pull list to about 6 or 7 titles, I won't be surprised if atleast 1 or 2 of those will be Valiant stuff though. I think a lot of people are judging the titles by cover only, they all are better than I expected imo. I'm surprised more people aren't reading Archer & Armstrong, it's written by the dude who wrote Incredible Hercules which gets a lot of love I think.

Harbinger is pretty interesting, has a bit of an X-Men vibe going on. I think once they finish this "set-up" and the story starts going full-force it'll be really good.
