@supra-man: Some of the evidence we have right now would be:

-Video tapes and records about times in which he prevented criminal activity, or it from furthering.

-The witnesses we've mentioned (or at least some of them anyway)

-Probably using an NPC witness from something but I'm going to try and be more specific when I can.

My self esteem takes major damage, insta kill. Lol

Yeah I got a simple spell for that. :)

Lol.

Well ok. Has he ever used it before? If he has it won't be as much of a problem but if this is something new it would be more difficult.

@nightwarden17: Eh maybe, but there's always the possibility that would look bad if someone found out during the trial. Which entirely impossible either. Besides how would we say who he is without that coming up?

@nightwarden17: Ok thanks then as long as most of them are willing we'll probably try to see if we can use them for that.

One other thing though, isn't Dr. Halloween like disturbing and totally not human? It might be a good idea to not use him if he would freak out a jury just be being there.

Using safeguard sounds like a good idea to use for sure though.

@admirallogic: Astrid Everdeen, Dr. Halloween: Taking down Sal Salvatore, working to arrest the Chicago mob

Safeguard: Helping defend the satellite during my satellite RP

And more I can't recall at the moment

@icefire_outlaw: Astrid Everdeen has no criminal record that can be exposed during the trial right? Can Rey also come along?

And they don't have criminal records that could be found out during the trial?

@nightwarden17: Oh, if you could compile a list of them, their identities, and what they were witnesses to, that'd be great. Otherwise I don't know who to call on for what.

I hope none of them have criminal records that could be found out during the trial right?

@supra-man: So my lawyer and witnesses will speak on my behalf?

Witnesses don't really speak on someones behalf but the lawyer usually does a lot of the talking.

However Chase might get asked some questions, since there are certain things the lawyer can't legally say in his place.

Remember, every witness brought in by one side also has the chance to be questioned by the other.

Good thing to because we only have one user witness for the defense.

Meaning I probably intend on questioning the prosecutors witnesses.
