I think it's obvious that Garou>>Kakashi in a stright up brawl but that's so un-Kakashi like. He's always going with a tactical approach. He's even used his students as bait to learn the objective of a rouge ninja before.
@wanderez: why would he use it immediately? He was taunting Naruto and at that distance Naruto would have easily dodged he waited untill he has a good shot.

I also find this hypocritical I've seen you say Naruto's punch at the end of the movie is only city block level and we can't even see the entire shot, so it's nice to know you twist things for your narrative.
@wanderez: Why wouldn't it be fully extended? it's a big as sword like attack he can't cut the moon unless it's extended. This goes back to you proving it. We see if extend so we know it does and it doesn't take long.
