Honestly it’s unfair to even put the The Boys verse as whole against most MCU characters. It’s too grounded so the feats you guys get aren’t gonna look as spectacular as they should.
A lot of the fights that were had specifically in the finale should have thrashed the city or at least cause more environmental damage. People literally think just because Homelander was shown only punching some wood he has wall lvl striking… We all know that isn’t true….They aren’t visually big on showcasing feats like the MCU does.
@death4bunnies: You make good points. You are sound very convincing right now. Besides statements, It looks like Spider-Man is more impressive than HL as of now. The boys is definitely more grounded.
@death4bunnies: HL focusing his heat vision on Spider-Man would kill him. Spider Man does not have piercing durability. Bullets and knives can cut him.
If we scale via The Boys Homelander is said to be faster and stronger than anyone in that show. The likes of A Train and Maeve. Is Spider-Man faster than A-Train? Because HL is. Spider Man is still not replicating that feat especially with saving Butcher after the explosion went off. What has Homelander going for him is scaling and statements in this show. We haven't seen his best feats or his full power. Though i'll admit, the show is still a little inconsistent with Homelander.
@death4bunnies: It doesn't really change the fact that Spider Man is slower than Homelander. Even if Spider Man was "lowend" he still would not be able to replicate HL's feat.
Homelander speed blitzed Soldier Boy and when he finally took things serious he easily outmaneuvered Butcher and Soldier Boy. We haven't even really seen HL at his full power. By statements alone, it should be a mismatch but we are going just by feats. The moment HL takes things seriously then Spider-Man is as good as dead.
