Yeah, I can tell. It's just not very close what Moore intended it to be. Rorschach and Ozymandias were meant to be opposites. Rorschach was a psychotic, homeless right wing nutjob. Ozymandias was a left wing, soft spoken mass murdering billionaire. Rorschach's own bias always dictated his actions. Ozymandias was always guided by the greater good. The apolitical part of the story came from the plot and comparisons with these characters, showing that both extremes were as poisonous as each other.

1992, the year Superman died.

I feel like that isn't a coincidence.

Hey, it's also the year death died in comic books.

@aros001:

"While the totalitarians stand their ground, covering their eyes, preaching for a return to a rose colored republic. Unaware that for those not like them, the good old days weren't so good." Yeah, that kind of sounds like a liberal view to me. Sure, he attacks the liberal side first, but Rorschach previously stated that he missed the way things were before in the U.S.

It looks like they're trying to make Rorschach a neutral voice, when his P.O.V was never meant to be that way. In fact, I bet Rorschach would have been a Trump supporter. lol

When the hell did Rorschach turn into a liberal? Moore straight up stated that Rorschach was supposed to be a right wing fascist.

Wait. I have a theory. The reason why Barda's eyes aren't blue is because he's dead at that point.

Orion somehow went to the afterlife and kicked the shit out of him because he's angry he killed himself. Barda said "he's dealing with it.". Dealing with what?

I'm so pumped for this series. I've been wanting to read Mister Miracle since Darkseid War.

@warlordeternal:

Excellent breakdown of an excellent series, man.

Superior Foes was underrated. It needs a sequel. Spencer's "The Fix" will have to do for now.
