_Mercury_Vine_Ranger_

Just outside Earth's atmosphere, in the vastness of space, a portal opens up. Out flies a gigantic metal moth- a zord. Inside, at the controls of the machine, sat Achyon, the last of the true rangers. Forcing the zord to fly into the atmosphere, gliding through it, Achyon hastily fiddled over the controls, switching on a few things and off a few others.The zord's wings kept the metal insect from tumbling down to Earth in a burst of flames. As it eased through layers of the atmosphere, Achyon flipped a few switches activating the personal screens. "Where are they? I hope she hasn't gotten to them yet. Hurry on..." The screens flashed through several generated maps and tracking devices as they attempted to home in on what the ranger was searching for; same as Kara, he was here for the power of the past rangers. Not for himself, but to keep them out of her reach. Slowly but surely, the trackers worked and the powers of the rangers showed it's presence on several screens. Smiling, the ranger quickly launched the zord in direction of the closest one to him; the power of the Green Ranger.

As the founder of the Green Ranger's power fled from the Pink Ranger, the zord closed in on his location. Before long it was overhead, and it slowed down. Achyon, looking through the zord's main visor, looked down at the earth. His alien eyes, acting like a telescope, looked down upon the location. He saw Kara's familiars chasing after a young human. Obviously, he had found the artifact holding the green ranger's power. Standing up from the controls and setting the zord to an auto sequence. Achyon ran to the mass teleporter. The zord made a loop around before flying downward as high speeds. Like a bomber dropping it's load, the zord, with a flash of light, launched down it's cargo before flying back upwards. A flash occurred ground level for a second or two, and then, standing beside the newly empowered Green Ranger, Achyon, fully suited and ready to defend the lost power.
