On point, but I still don't get what people find great about Guardians. To me it was kind of like why are these people getting together to work as a team and why should I care. Ronan was pretty boring as a villain too, and I couldn't take Drax seriously at all despite his very serious backstory. I found Guardians 2 to have a bit more substance because it actually explored and developed on a couple of the characters.
Other than that Guardians, I got the same order as you. Good taste!
I just came here to see if True Detective Season 1 was here, and was pleased to see Band of Brothers, Sopranos and other good shit here. I don't think Samurai Jack deserved it's spot though ngl. Otherwise great list, great choices.
While I don't think The Dark Knight is one of the greatest films ever, I'm glad you also see just how much of an impact Heath Ledger's performance as Joker was. In my opinion, easily the best part of that movie and made it from good to great.
Oh yeah, I guess I'll have to check out Ad Astra now. Nice list.
Alright yeah, I reread the issue again. She does technically have better on panel feats than Perpetua especially now that Perpetua got killed. I'll move her up thanks for reminding me.
Oh and btw the only reason Perpetua could make the multiverse in the first place is because she gained power from the Source, it wasn't under her own power.
I thought Perpetua in general is assumed to be amped using the Source's power that's pretty much how she has operated with regards to her few best feats. I haven't properly grasped the new Morrison cosmology yet btw I've just been updating this really old list off bits and pieces I read up on.
@_logos_: Pralaya literally destroyed the multiverse and birthed it several times over, whereas Perpetua only destroyed a singular universe.
It never said she destroyed the multiverse only that it gets destroyed and returns to her and is born from her again. She doesn't technically do any destroying or creating from what I've read of her anyways. And she didn't do it on panel either that's by statements. And if we go by statements Perpetua is just as powerful as she birthed the multiverse, but she also has better on panel feats. And again like I said, I didn't fix the ordering of the list in a while either so I might've just had Pralaya below Perpetua as a mistake.
@ultraphoenix: Only because Perpetua has better feats, but if we go by statements Pralaya would probably be higher. Also I haven't taken the time to fix this list in a while.
