I actually plan on playing them both, but DCUO is going to be restricting characters powers harshly, so there is not as much customisation possible. 

Additionally, its headed by Sony Online Entertainment.

And well.. that speaks volumes. 

Right now i'm beta testing Champs, its a great and fun game.
