He looks cool, but at the same time, a bit cartoony. I don't know what to think. What's worse, I'll accept Ant-Man and he looks Power Ranger level cartoony, but I'm having trouble with this? I can't explain it either. I'll reserve any further judgment until I see it in motion (a teaser trailer). These publicity photos tend to distort my first impression in a negative way (looking at you Apocalypse).

That reminds me, I need to get back into Gotham Academy. I am about three or four issues behind. That book should be a TV show (half-hour). Actually, it's a perfect candidate to get an anime treatment. High school kids, mystery and adventure, some angst, a few big name cameos, etc...

I have been down on the previous two BvS trailers. I thought they were excessively dark, plodding and did not generate any hype for me when I watched them. That all changed with this trailer. This one gave me just enough of the story that now I am actually excited to see this. I understand the confrontation between the two leads, I see how Lex fits into this world and that there is going to be a major baddie for them to fight against. Of course, my favorite part was the end where Wonder Woman appears and the boys are confused by her presence. Finally, some levity!

Now the movie has been ruined for me, just ruined!

Honestly, I am a little disappointed. It might be a great movie, but I found the trailer to be a bit lackluster. The composition of the trailer was formulaic especially with the choice of music and the voice over mixed between short clips of action or people looking worried. Usually, there are one or two lines of dialogue from a character played over the top of someone running or fighting in an attempt to build tension. It's a well worn template that did nothing for me.

I did like seeing the brief glimpses of Black Panther, though and I didn't foresee that Bucky/Winter Soldier would be a pivotal character in this chapter of the MCU. That was a plus. I am not down on the movie itself, just this unremarkable trailer.

I think it looks fine. No needs to dissect minute details of the image.

I'm excited for this movie.

I don't think that is true at all, but "opinions". She reminds me of Megan Fox in the eyes. I'm not saying that's a bad or good thing, just an observation. Overall, Gadot is more the knockout.

Anyway, I like the blue skirt more. Other than that, both outfits are really similar so I have no complaints.

I played WOW for two and a half years nearly exclusively. I fell down that rabbit hole, but survived and even went back for a few days when they opened up the content to level 20 for free post Cataclysm. I don't regret most of my days in Azeroth, so I was looking forward to this film. I can't say I am that excited now, however. Something looks off in this trailer. The orcs look too CG enhanced while the humans look too real. There's some uncanny valley going on with the orcs especially when you see them side-by-side to the actors. The plot doesn't excite me, either. Really, Blizzard has done far more epic trailers for their past expansions than this one. I will probably see this movie at some point, but I won't be rushing out to the theater for it.

Also, no elves. I played a blood elf pally, so I was hoping to see some of my kindred. I know it takes place before either of the night elves or blood elves returned, but still without all the favorite races, this movie feels short-changed.

@starbrand1: I read her previous series and the New 52 book, but I haven't kept up since Convergence very well. Haven't had the time, but I am planning on catching up at some point.

Wonder Woman is a more recognizable icon than Wonder Girl. This is all about toys and related merchandise. This line is meant to appeal to young girls who are fans of other similar popular toy franchises; chiefly Monster High, Ever After High, Equestrian Girls, Bratz, and to a lesser extent, Disney Princesses/Tinkerbell.
