It would have to be WW bracelet's simply because they are magical and that allows the writers to make silly reasons why they can't be broken. Caps shield is suppose to be from a natural material so there is no reason magic shouldn't be able to mold it like butter, it's iconic status is the only thing protecting it from the supernatural.

They couldn't beat him conventionally and Wonder Woman wouldn't even factor into the actual fighting so I would just have her making sandwiches.

His ability to move through space probably works the same way a green lanterns does. Surfer just does not have the reaction time to avoid being torn apart by Superman Prime or capable of taking them when he has been hurt from blows by opponents far below Prime.

-Darkseid has 5 years to become ruler of Marvel earth

-Darkseid of course has access to all of the resources of Apokolips people,technology etc but no anti-life equation.

-New Genesis does not factor in as they are unaware of the Marvel universe and only Darkseid is able to open Boom-tubes there

-If Darkseid must do battle he is limited to his Avatar which for the sake of argument would put him at slightly above Superman in terms of strength bit slightly below in terms of speed with any tricks you can think of that Darkseid has demonstrated post-crisis. If the Avatar is killed he may try again one year later although prep will be made to prevent this.

The key here is that Darkseid will try his best to infiltrate the Marvel universe to the best of his abilities recruiting and manipulating whoever he can before he makes his final push

you decide whether he is able to take control or would there be key elements that would make such a task highly unlikely or downright impossible.

Despite varying widely in ability over the years and ret-cons being introduced to explain such power fluctuations I still consider Darkseid to be one of the most intelligent individual's of the DC universe just as Kirby intended so I will only offer corrections if I'm certain they need to be made less my bias leak through.

Wally has the title of the fastest man ever and they are unlikely to ever take that away from him so that should give his team the edge in an otherwise draw.

The funny thing is before they fleshed out his character he was just a plot device to set-up death of Superman, but yeah I too have no bloody clue who Supreme is.

I thought Apocalypse's main power was manipulating technology so wouldn't Iron Man and Ultron be at an extreme disadvantage.

You raise some good points but I think superspeed gives the guys from DC the edge.

Modern Flash is widely considered to be one of the most overpowered members of the Justice League, when we do rumbles we take into account how things would go when each character is not bound by the limitations of losing or trading blows with a weaker opponent just to make the fight look interesting. Speedsters are considered to hard to write properly because they have to downplay on most occasions, a writer was quoted as saying that when Wally shows up the bad guy shouldn't get to say "oh no here's the flash" because they shouldn't even have time to open their mouth let alone see them.

Both the Flash and Superman would blitz Thor and Surfer into a coma, with story telling limitations Superman would trade blows with Thor and the Flash would zip about as the surfer launches energy bolts at him but with those limitations removed it becomes a one sided massacre.
