Once again, the site isn't going anywhere. There's new content (features) going up over the weekend. However, I'm on a much needed vacation next week, so... yeah. Stuff will get back on track after that.
I don't believe you. The Best Stuff in Comics weekly feature vanished, and the news and previews coverage has become very sporadic. This site has gone to the dogs since being merged into gamespot.com
@antithetical: Yep. I keep coming back to see what G-man (Tony) has to show but nothing much, not like it used to be. But what's more disappointing is the loud-community of non stop complaints. I hope the site does pick up steam and start reviewing comics and having interviews with creators.
This site has completely gone to seed since the Gamespot merger. Updates are rare and my account got screwed up (name changed to match GameFAQs when I didn't want it to, I think the admins now think I'm someone else as I get treated like a noob when editing the wiki now, which has prompted me to quit).
In addition to the Venom one someone commented above, they've also released Nova and Iron Man variants.
And Gwenpool, Iron Fist, Punisher, Captain Marvel, Spider-Gwen, Wolverine. The Nova one is actually a Champions variant, so I don't think the Nova solo is getting one.
I thought Snart was good, . . . relatively speaking of course. Like, wasn't he on the Justice League or something.
The lack of synergy is surprising. Captain Cold is one of the Legends of Tomorrow (and I don't think he's the only Rogue there either).... why is there no comic book with a team anything like that show?
Kamala has really become the new Wolverine where she shows up in like 20 books a month. Also this grounded story line for the Guardians is silly and with a relaunch of there series already announced with them in space I guess even Marvel had no faith in it.
Grounded was always meant to be Bendis's swansong. I think the team is supposed to reunite in his final issue - but just the core five that'll be in the new volume.
(ugh...can't believe Marvel just won't let her be) Spider-Gwen
Cindy Moon (WHYYYYYY Marvel??!)
Anya Corazon
Jessica Drew
Kaine Parker
Ben Reilly
No Marvel just no, it's bad enough that we have more than 4 Spider Women for some reason but now you bring back another clone?
Don't forget Spider Man 2099.
The roster needs to be reduced to just Peter Parker Spider Man and Jessica Drew Spider Woman. They also need to bring Renew Your Vows into Earth 616 and have the official and true Spider Family.
Miles needs to take on another identity or go back to Ultimate Universe which has been revealed to survive but still not revealed yet.
Spider Gwen needs to disappear and the only thing that remains of her should be white hoodies reminiscent of her costume used on pedestrians and extras.
Cindy Moon at least has her own name and she has a popular following so she's not going anywhere.
Anya Corazon, don't know a thing about her. What's she doing?
Kaine Parker was awesome and under the Scarlet Spider mantle he's become relevant.
Ben Reilly, don't care about him anymore.
Ultimate Jessica Drew has been revealed to have survived, but not the Ultimate Universe itself. She was seen among other multiversal spiders in the finale of Web Warriors. She could've easily been deposited in another reality, like how Miles ended up in 616.
Anya Corazon was last seen as part of the Web Warriors, so she's now in limbo. She's the current Spider-Girl.
