I'm just wondering if they're going to do a refernece to the Spider-Man crossovers. (IIRC, Beyonder and Madam Web made it so Storm won't remember Secret Wars, or at least claimed to, but still leaves the two parter)
I expect, now that Marvel has Mutants under their Movie banner again, for the Scarlet Witch thing to be re retconned as 'she hated her father so much, she changed it'.

Spider-Man had a lot of character growth from inception to the 90s. Really, so did quite a few. When the bottom fell out of the industry, a lot of resetting was done.
The restoration of 'status quo'... mostly sucked. Sometimes it felt like the 'comic book guy' from the Simpsons took over.
I think a reverse House of M. Find out that the universe was 'split' by a combination of Doom, Strange and Wanda, and now they have to piece it back together.
Allows for recasting, but taking the bits they want to keep.
Does the 'Emotional Spectrum' count enough as living energy for Rogue to drain? I honestly don't think so, so her primary mode of attack would be negated.
Captain Atom still has a containment suit, right? So he should be similarly protected.
Of course, I haven't kept up with Rogue since her brief Avengers stint, so her powers may have fluctuated greatly.
