Former wife of Spider-man originally was Gwen Stacy's competition, M.J. who was a former party-girl later matured eventually became Peter's best friend and wife after Gwen (who Mary Jane was good friends with) died. After Peter and Mary Jane made a deal with Mephisto to save Aunt May's life, their marriage is erased from official continuity.
During and after the events of Superior Spider-man, Mary Jane has begun to and finally realised that she no longer wishes to be part of Peter's life as Spider-man, even after Peter's return and her finding out it was Doctor Octopus in Peter's body for all those months, but she will still be a friend to Peter and no more because she knows if she doesn't she would be drawn back into that life again

She is an officer of the NYPD's Crime Scene Unit and ex-best friend of Harry Osborn's ex-girlfriend, Lily Hollister. She had also been friends with Gwen Stacy. At Harry Osborn's goodbye party Peter asks her to be his girlfriend and the two share their first kiss. However they break up after Spider Island due to surmising that Peter was Spider-Man, and was angry that he'd lied to her.
During and after the events of Superior Spider-man, Carlie like Mary Jane has come to realise that being with Spider-man would mean experiencing things normal people shouldn't have to and she has and because of this she decides to leave New York and start her life elsewhere, a place where she wouldn't have to deal with people like the Goblin.

Carol Danvers, the superhero Ms. Marvel, has worked with Spider-Man on occasion and even agreed to go on a date with him in accordance with his helping her on a mission, despite how angry he can make her. She later fulfils her promise. Spider-Man had admitted to himself he finds her attractive in her outfit. At the end of the near disastrous date, the two bonded together over a love of junk food. After she was possessed by the symbiote for a time, Venom hints to Spider-Man that his feelings for Ms. Marvel are mutual. The two have remained close friends.

In the Ultimate continuity, Kitty was a young member of the X-Men and she and Peter got together after him breaking up with Mary Jane, due to fear of her getting hurt. Although the relationship was going well,Peter never lost his feelings for MJ,and that lead to the end of their relationship.

Except the time Chameleon was pretending to be Peter and seduced Michele. After that Michele thought they were going serious, and you can imagine the problems it caused for Mr. Parker.

Throughout the years they worked together on many adventures and there was also this feeling they had more than a mutual respect for each other and although Spider-man always felt that she was more interested in making money, there were times when he saw a compassionate side to her.
It was only until recently that we saw Silver Sable actually had a romantic interest in Spider-man. So much so that near the end of an arc she gave him her full support and almost came to confess her feelings for him, unfortunately at the time he wanted to work things out with Mary Jane and told her that he had feelings for someone else. But her feelings for him were so strong that she “gave her life” so that he could stop Doctor Octopus from destroying earth, although there are still things that suggests she survived.
In the What If? storyline What If Spider-man had married the Black Cat?, after Black Cat is accidentally killed by the Paladin, Silver Sable and Spider-Man enter into a romantic relationship due to their shared grief over the loss of their loved ones; Uatu the Watcher leaves it ambiguous whether this relationship will work out or not.

Black Widow had an incident that made her think she was someone by the name of Nancy Rushman, a teacher, and was on the run from S.H.I.E.L.D and Hydra, although she didn't know it at the time, she met up with spider-man who agreed to help her find out what's going on and to help her regain herself. Throughout all this, She(Nancy) and Spider-man began to form a close attachment to each other, which resulted in Nancy kissing Spider-man, but when Black Widow regained her memories and herself, she broke things off, stating it was due to the life she leads and that she would never care for him as much as Nancy would have, even though she did have some feelings towards him.

Peter dates Betty Brant for a while, but they break up due to her blaming Spider-Man for the death of her brother. She later marries Daily Bugle reporter Ned Leeds, although she briefly gets back with Peter after the breakdown of her marriage. Despite this, both Betty and Peter maintain a close friendship that would manifest in being like a brother and sister.

Sara was someone that was bought in as part of Mojo's game show that had Spider-man & Wolverine playing the part of survivors through time. Sara was to play the love interest of Spider-man and to encourage the relationship, Mojo planted her in Spider-mans' dreams, where Spider-man would create portraits and sculptures in her image always wondering who she was. Near the end of the story both Sara and Peter found each other and began to have a relationship. Unfortunately when the story ended and everyone was returned to the time place the story began, Sara would have no memories of her relationship with Peter, leaving Peter the only one to remember what they meant to each other.

The cousin of the late Gwen Stacy, Jill moved to New York City from Hong Kong with her father and brother, Arthur and Paul. She befriended Peter (Spider-Man) and Mary Jane Parker, taking classes with Mary Jane at Empire State University (ESU). Jill sought to understand the events surrounding Gwen's death, and though hesitant, Peter eventually told Jill his side of the story. Jill was nearly killed when caught in a crossfire during an attack by one of Norman Osborn's men on the Parker's home.
When it appeared that Peter was widowed by a deranged individual known only as the Stalker (who had kidnapped Mary Jane), Jill made romantic advances upon him. She withdrew when Mary Jane was found to be alive.

To make amends for killing Charlemagne (accidentally) Spider-man with Wolverine went on a mission to rescue her sister Alex from Russian operatives. Afterwards he stayed with her to protect her, all the while training under Nebo, honing his skills beyond anything he could do alone or imagine. Along the way, he and Alex became much closer and ended up caring deeply for each other, so much so that he reveals to her his true identity and promise that he will always be by her side and protect her, leaving his old life behind.
Carole was Peters first love on Earth-77013 in the Daily Comic Strip when he attended University.
While Carole was attending university, she met Peter and fell in love with him, as the relationship grew she became more involved in his life, she even became a favourite of Aunt May, which Carole used to her advantage.
Unfortunately due to her joining with a cult, finding out their leader was a mental escaped prisoner and telling Spider-man who who exposed him, she fell victim to their murderous machinations for her betrayal and to stay safe, she decided to leave the city and Peter forever.
Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane
Spider-Man and Firestar battled crime together (and flirting while doing it), Firestar expressed her romantic interest in Spider-Man and him in her, which results in them eventually kissing and later dating. But later Spider-Man becomes apprehensive about sharing his private life with her and comes to realise his true feelings for Mary Jane which eventually leads to them breaking up but remaining as friends.

After being saved by Spider-Man, with Emma Frost's help she finds out Peter and Spider-Man are one and the same and thus convinces Emma to help her enroll in Peter's school, after which Chat befriends Peter and the two begin dating. While Chat never told Peter she knew about his double life, she often aided him as Spider-Man. As Chat's feelings for Peter grew stronger, her guilt over keeping so many secrets from him troubled her and she often tried to tell him the truth. Unfortunately, her fears of how he might react kept her from being completely honest with him, but Peter eventually figured out the truth and left Chat for a time. They soon reconciled, however, and Peter became happy that he now had a girlfriend who he could also share his secret with and with whom he could fight crime with.
