Beast and Spider-man are almost equals in strenght but spidey is a little faster and agiler but spidey with his spider-sense can sense most of beast's attacks. But beast is more durable so he can withsand most of spidey's attacks but spidey with this environment and the help of his webs he can slow down beast and finally beast him. Black Panther and Batman seems to be equals as fighters but maybe Black Panther is physically better ( speed, strength & agility) but Black Panther without his vibranium suit he's not as durable as he usually is. So Batman has better chances to knock out him out with the help of his batarangs. But Black Panther, his superior strenght and agility may help him to beat bats. But even if black panther wins spidey can beat him easilly.
